The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project engagement are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or statement of work ("SOW"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW shall take precedence.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design elements, is the property of Jaitra Solutions Sdn Bhd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

With respect to client projects, ownership of deliverables (source code, designs, documentation) is governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or client agreement.

In the course of a project engagement, both parties may disclose confidential information to one another. Each party agrees to hold the other's confidential information in strict confidence, use it solely for the purposes of the engagement, and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed without use of the confidential information, or required to be disclosed by law or court order.
